185#x5, 195#x5, 205#x5, 215#x5, 220#x5It is a lot easier to drive up with the low bar. Haven't done low bar in a few months. I feel it in my hamstrings way more than from the oly squat. Afterwards I went to the park and did 10 sets of 5 pullups.
