Got up to 5 ladders before I had to reset today, volume was slightly higher. Failed on the round of 5 pullups got back on the bar to do the fifth then reset when the round was over. Definitely getting a bit of conditioning with the work as well. Used the green band again. Next time I will get the 5 pullups unbroken and shoot for the sixth ladder.
